Breakfast



Our breakfasts are entirely concocted by us with our jams of the year (strawberry, cherry, raspberry, apricot, mirabelle plum...) and our homemade apple juice. The breads and pastries come out of the oven of our artisan baker at the end of the street in the morning. We also offer yoghurt, cheese and cereals according to everyone's wishes.

Dinners / Evening Meals / "Stage" Formulas



Following the Covid19 epidemic of 2020, we created our table d'hôtes in the evening to make up for the restaurants that were closed. We offer dinners, also entirely concocted by us with "catering" type meal trays served in the room with a starter, a main course, a dessert, bread and wine to suit everyone.

Wine Cellar



Being on the edge of Chablis, we also have a wine cellar worthy of the name, hidden in the underground passages of the city, with almost 500 references to choose from.

On request, we can prepare a picnic basket for your business trips, your trips to the vineyards or to the Canal du Nivernais.

Cleaning, disinfection and distancing (post-Covid19)



Beyond our always recognized cleanliness (average of 9.9/10 on Booking.com), we have implemented systematic and total disinfection protocols after each departure with suitable products (stair rail, door handles, switches, remote control, all the furniture and consumables in the room).
